I didnt like anything!

This is a SCAM. Do not book with Kozystay! The address takes you to a whole different hotel. The receptionist didn't know anything about our booking. So we contacted the number they have on booking.com and they were trying to scam us! They kept asking us for more money even though we had already paid and were asking us to send pictures of our passports over the phone. They told us that once we give them more money someone would drive 30 minutes to pick us up and take us to our room. What a load of bull. I booked with 101 Urban instead as it is a reliable place I stayed before. DO NOT BOOK THIS ROOM! SCAM ALERT! They wont give me a refund. WARNING!!! BIG SCAM!!!
