Mardi No12 Luxury Apartment

Very modern, perfect location, and perfect for 4 people.

The apartment was very nice but was very dirty. There was dust, mirror wasn't clean and the bin was full and stinky when we entered the apartment. No AC in rooms is also a big disappointment.

The communication prior to check in was good, they recommended parking spots for us and sent us very clear checkin instructions which were much appreciated. The apartment was modern and had good finishes, there was a washing machine and enough equipment in the kitchen and toiletries in the bathroom. The furniture in the apartment is good quality and clean and so are the ones in the balcony. The overall cleanliness of the apartment was satisfactory. The overall vibe of the apartment is great

The listing says there is air conditioning but there was only one in the living room and none in the bedrooms and when I texted the property about that I got no reply whatsoever, it should be clear that there are no ac in the bedrooms so we can curb our expectations. They didn't allow us to checking before 3pm because of availability which means they were cleaning it but we arrived and found a full and stinky kitchen bin which was frustrating, we did not touch nor take it out nor did we take ours out because of how frustrating it was

problem to connect with the WiFi

Nice touch, and really fully equipped with everything. The veranda is great for sitting outside having breakfast or getting together in the evening, and the location is very central.
