Just returned from a 4 day stay and it was fantastic. Hot tub was a hit! Perfect location and good communication ...will return!

No heating no hot water and messy, hair clips, hair bobbles and sweets where found! Was given the wrong code! Only stayed the one night then left

Lodge

Great location 30 seconds from the main gate, 5 min walk to the main area of the park. Hot tub clean along with the van.

Boiler kept cutting out for low pressure, I knew how to top it until so not really a problem but for someone who doesn’t know could cause issues. No lighting on the deck area, would have been nice when using the hot tub at night.

The park was fantastic, lots to do and the surrounding area was lovely. Lincoln and Tattershall worth a visit.

The caravan was not luxury as advertised.

We did not stay at anglers lodge as we received a text message the same day we were arriving saying we were now staying at Lancaster due to no gas bottles in this van and we had been upgraded.This van was lovely inside but the hot tub was not up to standard the jets was not working right the water was dirty the second day and no lights working on the hot tub so couldn't see anything when getting in the hot tub as no lights on that side of the van. I am disappointed as I have visited Tattershall for the past 9 years and never had any problems with hot tub.I messaged owners to be told no one had complained and lads would be round but all he said was press buttons harder which we had done and still no better .This spoilt my stay as love going in the hot tub and it was a big dispointment.

The location of the caravan was quiet, decor was nice and the van was clean on arrival and the hot tub.

Unfortunately the main kitchen light didn't work and the bedroom light but we managed with the bedroom lamp and second light and the extractor light in the kitchen. Used the hot tub once as we planned to use it more on new year's eve. On the 3rd day of the morning (New Year's eve) we noticed the gas on the hob was very low. I contacted the owner to make them aware and they said that the gas should be fine. A hour later the temperature had dropped no gas on the hob and no hot water, I mged the owner and rang them twice with no response. I had to go to customer service at tattershall to try and get some help as we had no gas which meant hot water for washing, no gas for cooking and no heating. Tattershall also tried to ring the owner again with no response. Tattershall said they couldn't help with any gas as it was down to the owner they even sent them an email. I had no choice but to leave the caravan on new year's eve of all day because it was so cold and with 2 children. I sent a message to the owner stating that I would have to leave and our new year's eve was ruined. I eventually got a response but not by the owner ringing me but by txt to say there was nothing she could do no gas was available. This ruined our stay especially because it was new years eve.. I paid for 3 nights stay not 2.
