NZKitchen was clean and functional with all necessary utensils, crockery and appliances, eg. Toaster, electric jug etc.
The beds in the twin room with 2 single beds were very uncomfortable. The description of the property was misleading in that it stated the main bedroom had a private “bathroom”, implying a shower or bath. It was only a toilet and handbasin. With 4 of us staying, we would probably not have booked this house knowing that it only had one bathroom. The description of the property didn’t not allude to the fact that it was three levels or that the shower was over the bath. One of our group has mobility issues. Climbing narrow and steep stairs was quite a challenge for him. As was using the shower. And the shower … the pressure was appalling. The water barely dribbled out of the shower head! The WORST shower I have ever encountered!!!! Parking was a nightmare. The garage door was lower than normal so couldn’t be used for our vehicle. Parking in front of the garage obstructed the neighbour exiting his garage. And there was no street parking.

GBthe accommodation was ideally located, close to (but not too close) to main roads so travelling to nearby shops and restaurants was very easy, some were within walking distance, Accommodation was spotlessly clean, bright and airy, bedding and towels were also spotless and crisply laundered, The kitchen was well appointed and also very clean, Access to private garage at the rear of the property was an added bonus and made leaving and arriving back at the property even more convenient, I cannot recommend this property enough!

MYThoughtfulness n xtra little things like scented shampoo n bath gel. The handover key procedure is smooth and friendly.
No instructions to use the appliances ( some are quite difficult to figure out e. G stove), the garage is too small for our SUV.
