Stylish 1 Bed Cromer Apartment with Sea View & Free Parking

Great location and good parking

Checkout at 11:00 would have been nice but not crucial

The location was spot on. Exactly what was advertised. Very central to the town and a short walk to the promenade. The apartment was comfortable. The linen and towelstop end and the little finishing touches were like home from home.

Parking! This was inadequate for anyone who takes care of their car! We had the 3rd space along. The space was so small I had to put my wing mirrors in to reverse in. The car at the end was so badly parked there was no way we could have got in or out of our car or indeed he could’ve got in without damaging the paint work. We rang the number to help and a very nice man told us it was nothing to do with is company but suggested we knock on doors. Something we didn’t feel comfortable doing. We have a year old car. Did not want to risk damage. We did however find a parking space up the road and just walked. The apartment is marketed with a dishwasher. There isn’t one!!! It wasn’t that clean in all honesty…. The mirror in the bathroom was so bad we had to clean it in order to use it. The bath seal was also pretty grim. There was damp in the lounge and bathroom with paint peeling off. Appreciate it’s the end of the summer but surely these things should be checked.

It was in a good position for the town restaurants and the beach. The flat was cosy clean and had everything we needed.

The steps were more than we thought. The mat was a bit dangerous in the hallway. You could also put a non slip mat in the bath/ shower.

The apartment was comfy and great sea views. Well equipped

The steps ! Should have a reminder when booked about the stairs . Terrible if not physically mobile .

The location was good. Flat clean and facilities good condition. Excellent view from bedroom and lounge windows.

The bathroom smelt damp and the stairs were abit of a challenge 😳 but once up there it was a great view. The runner in the hallway is curling so a bit dangerous if you needed the loo in the night. Could do with re-sticking down.

In the heart of Cromer, within walking distance of the beach. Private parking space was great. Having a washing machine was very useful. Response time to queries was very good.

Lots of stairs to get to the apartment. A flight of stairs to the entrance and another two flights of stairs to the apartment. Fine for me, but need to be fit.

Overall it was fine. A few things could improve it. If you are going to put real plants in a property you need to water them. There are 6 plants in the kitchen and one in the lounge all absolutely dead and dry leaves shed all over the sink. I watered everything a couple of times but way too late. The communal walkway outside is full of bins and really quite unpleasant. The large commercial waste bin hadn’t been emptied for some time as it was overflowing the smell in the recent heat was dreadful.

Noise level in the evening from the pub opposite. Television was not easy to operate
