Initial reactions to the appartment were great. It's very spacious and the balcony and views are fantastic. I really wanted to give 5 stars but would been 4.5. it is a lovely place and the grounds are kept well. I would recommend this appartment and be happy to go again.

A few minor negatives brought the score down and most could be resolved with a few renovations and additions such as a bedside table and toiletries etc.

Not enough utensils in kitchen . One mug . No tea towel or cloth

Absolutley stunning view

Would help if you could leave a tea towel dish cloth, and fairy liquid to clean bench and wash and dry plates., glasses.

Parking space is 5 mins walk in underground car park but longer when leaving car park as need to walk around the block to get back to your car

The 270 panorama from the terrace is stunning! We enjoyed every minute there and can highly recommend that wonderful modern apartment on the 26th floor, ideally located close to the best beach, groceries and all the entertainment! The staff members who met us were well trained and very polite.

The only reason I don’t give them 10 is that there’s a room for improvement (and that’s good!): as that’s a luxury place, and not cheap, such things as coffee, sugar, paper towels, shampoo, etc. should be provided. There’s a Nespresso machine, for instance, but were no capsules left for us. We didn’t find any other coffee maker, so just used a pot. The cleaning wasn’t ideal as well, but luckily there were chemicals to finish the work with. Pillows need washing from time to time too.

Well located and great views

Incredible views from the terrace. The apartment was very airy and spacious for our 6 person stay. We collected our keys from the shop across the road, no problems at at all. They kindly let us leave our bags in the apartment before our allocated check in time so we could go out for food. Private pool was quiet, clean and safe with a lifeguard on duty daily.

Only negative was no sunloungers around the pool. Not a big issue for us as we're not big sunbathers. We could use our towels on the grass anyway which we didnt mind as there was plenty of space. You're able to take in you're own chairs/loungers if you prefer.

Immaculate views no doubt! Best location in Benidorm, in my opinion, was very close to all the leisures. Also, the staff was always in touch with us, helped resolve every question we had, even at 11pm. Best stay for sure!

Parking had to be requested and they had only 1 parking spot. However, there’s a public parking lot nearby, so not really a problem
