O hotel é antigo, mas funcional. Os funcionários são solícitos, mas um não sabe o que o outro faz, e as coisas, às vezes, não acontecem e ,às vezes, acontecem duas vezes. Os produtos de banho são de boa qualidade. A localização é boa, tem de tudo a poucos metros a pé. O shopping mais ocidental está a 18 km de distância (Pacific Mall Jasola).

Não gostamos do restaurante estar fechado e, como pagamos meia-pensão, o jantar seria no quarto. Não quisemos e eles devolveram o equivalente a 70% do valor pago. Não achamos justo, mas não adiantava brigar. As fotos são mais bonitas do que a realidade.
