GBSpace worked perfectly for our group of 3 different families. Very well equipped and lots of bathrooms which was great too.
Unfortunately there were a couple of issues with toilets and a shower that flooded the ensuite as it didn't drain very well but this was not a big issue and there were plenty of other toilet and showers in the property.
