USThe property was immaculately clean, quiet and very comfortable. Breakfast was included and was always stocked with everything we could want, including a variety of baked goods each morning. The location was great, being situated centrally in historic Ancona and easily walkable from the port, historic sites and shopping/restaurants. The owner, Lorenza, was wonderful and made us feel like we were family!

ITVery well organized check-in process and a lovely host who was very helpful and polite, and responded to our phone call when we were lost. Big and comfortable room for two people, very clean and spotless, modern bathroom, walls were decently sound proof, and lots of extra pillows, comforters, snacks. Location is a short walk to the historic centre. Pretty good options for street parking in the surrounding streets. Breakfast is self serve (coffee was delicious, breakfast snacks were only okay but it's not a dealbreaker). It's located on the ground floor which is a helpful tip for elders / seniors.

There were a set of keys left in the room which we assumed we should keep with us in case the key card stopped working. It wasn’t clear why they were there. Unfortunately I forgot I had them in my bag and took them with me when we left. We had to find a post office and post them (we speak some Italian but it was a bit difficult). The instructions in the room mention the key card but nothing about the keys. it would be better if it explained the purpose of the keys and a reminder to leave them as well as the card.
