JBK Villa Empire - Roomstay

The location is near to where I need to be. Easy to find food. The facilities inside the property are good enough for us. Parking is easy.

Need to do some pest control. Black ants around the kitchen area and small ants in the room.

Everything ok

~ Alhamdulillah.. bilik besar.. boleh bentang toto kat tengah diantara 2 katil.. nak solat bjemaah dlm bilik ni pun lepas.. ~ Lokasi strategik.. berdekatan dengan semua kemudahan dan fasiliti.. airport, hypermarket mydin sabasun, stadium, ipts ipta, drawbridge antara kurang lebih 10 minit je semua.. ~ Parking pun luas dan selamat.. pagar bertutup.. lampu menerangi keliling rumah.. Insyallah selamat.. ~ Nak mkn pg kedai makan pun dekat.. depan rumah je.. cross the road.. sebelah rumah pun ade.. Nak lunch dinner pun dekat dalam sekitar2 tu je..

Water heater ade.. tapi ntahlah saya tak reti guna ke ape.. xtau nk tekan kat mane.. takpelah idoklah sejuk mane.. tp kalau dpt mndi suam2 pagi..syok juga alang2 dah ade water heater😅

Good location close to the airport. Clean and perfect size room. The man who checked us in was so nice and helpful. We arrived Sat evening and he took us to a market to get some staff. Gave us water also. Took care of everything. The next day he took us to the airport in the morning. All included. I wanted to pay him but did accept anything. Ecxeptioal hospitality! Thank you!
