"Good apartment for good price, but management needs to be better."

The apartment location is very good. It has its private beach and pool. Pool and beach are cleaned every day. The water quality is an important issue in Egypt, therefore I think it is important to mention that there is a very high quality water filtration system (with reverse osmosis filters) in this apartment (the golden plated faucet at the sink). The bed is very comfortable, the pillow is also excellent quality. The air conditioner is strong, you will not have problem in hot summer time! There is a nice stove (but no pan to cook in it, a strange combination). One can not expect breakfast at this resort. One can find good restaurants and bakery in walking distance. These provide breakfast service too. Across the street there are 3-4 small shops, where one can find good deals, ready to use SIMM card for internet and local phone number if you miss to by a SIMM at the airport when you arrive. If you looking for a quiet place, this can be a good deal.

First of all, they should have a Welcome letter, that would describe all you need to know about the apartment. Where to find water, how to place it into the dispenser, where are the remote controllers, etc. (Took me half a day to find the air conditioner's remote controller in a hidden (better to say "not that obvious" drawer. In very hot weather one does not want to waste half a day for looking the remote for AC.) I suggest the owner should leave such a letter in the apartment. Most importantly, you should know , that water and electricity is provided in these apartments by a prepaid system. If you use up the prepaid credits, water and/or electricity shuts off immediately! A very annoying situation when you are under the shower, or you are in need to recharge your mobile to make some important calls. The owner did not put enough prepaid credit to electricity, so within 4 days I had 2 times shut off the electricity. The first one was resolved after I spend some hours to reach the owner. But at my last day it happened again, and the owner did not respond my message (sent him messages in Whatsup app and over booking.com too). As a result, I spent my last day without electricity (not mobile charging, no lite, no air conditioner, no fridge, no cooking, you need to navigate in the dark bathroom without lite, etc...) The owner must put enough credit/money on the prepaid system, that client do not experience such problem during the entire stay. The apartment is nice, very good location, could be very good deal, but the owner had to learn much more about how to present it to renters. If these problems will be resolved by the owner, I would return to this apartment again, otherwise not! I hope he will give a better management for his next client.
