The pictures do not do this property justice- it was such an amazing space. All the bedrooms were decorated fabulous and great space downstairs for party.

Only faults and these are only to give absolute 10/10 was the temperatures of showers were hard to control so too hot for some guests. We also couldn’t get the karaoke working but minor in what was amazing weekend at this fabulous property!!!

It was a great spot, great facilities and such welcomign people around the area. The breakfast we were able to order in from the cafe next door. The kegs were delivered and set up by the pub next door. Overall a great experience! Thank you

The venue was excellent. We were there for a hen of 30 people and could not have asked for a better venue. Rooms and sleeping areas were very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was ideal for cooking and we had so much space for celebrations. Courtyard and hot tub area was huge and semi covered which meant it was not hindered by bad weather. Stellar set up by the owners

The only teeeeeny tiny issue we had was the shower pressure was inconsistent but literally that was only a minute issue. Everything else was exceptional

The house is out of this world, even the amazing photos cannot do it justice.

The only issues we had was 1 bed was broken when we arrived in the room with 5 single beds, also we couldn't get the microphone working which I had rang & asked about a week before because I had planned on doing karaoke.

We had an amazing stay at The Patriot bar. It was an absolutely perfect location for my friends hen party - the facilities completely added to the experience. Michelle and the team were so accommodating and provided a detailed list of local attractions and services that may be required to enhance the weekend. The house and rooms were in immaculate condition and very well designed. Couldn’t recommend here enough. Please open more of similar accommodation in other counties!!!!

Absolutely nothing - everything needed was provided!

It has absolutely everything you would need for a group stay. I booked it for a hen party and it was so perfect. The room decor was stunning. Beds were comfortable & showers were nice and hot. Michelle who I dealt with was also super helpful and friendly. I already can’t wait to go again

Everything! Location is perfect, the house is big enough and very clean, decorated up to excellent standards. Hot tub a bonus. Hosts superb. Had a fantastic weekend with a group of friends. Beds very comfy…I so so highly recommend! Not forgetting the well equipped bar! All we had to do was to bring our own drinks. What a weekend!

Nothing… just to say more towels are needed.
