Nu a intrat nimeni sa ia gunoiul sau sa faca curat(nu am vazut deloc persoana de la curatenie)si mocheta de pe podea era foarte murdara…am optat pentru camera cu cada cu hidro-masaj si nu functiona,posturile televizorului nu functionau,mini frigiderul nu functiona si era si foarte murdar,caldura am avut doar intr-o seara(dupa ce i-am spus fetei de la receptie ca e frig in camera) si in prima faza am primit replica”porniti aerul ca toata lumea asa face” si in a doua seara caldura era oprita.
