Modern, clean, new and spacious. Everything was sophisticated and technologically up to date. Used a code to open lockbox to get the keys for the apartment and the remote for the gate. Nice spacious kitchen. Two AC's, but we didn't need them. Access to Internet via scanning a code. It was rather slow, I think 2G. The next room has a large bed, chair, and a place to put things, but one side is directly against the wall (if you have to get up at night). No problem for us, we slept in the big bedroom. Nice comfy bed, playpen and a twin bed in there. Didn't unpack so can't remember about the closet, or if there was one. Bathroom was new and modern with a decent sized shower. Everything was spic and span. Some mentioned no decorations, it could use some warmth, but I prefer new and clean. The location is excellent. We parked our car inside the gate. So it was safe. Walk out of the apartment, turn right onto the main street and there's a tram station, just 1.50 Euro each all the way to Venice, last stop. Neighborhood is safe, we got back after dark and it was nice to see Women walking around without concern. Highly recommend.

This is just a suggestion, no deal breaker. Water, a small cream, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee, a few provisions would have been a welcoming thing. Our bed was comfortable, but mattress isn't very high so when you get out of bed you have to be mindful not to hit the wood. If you're sleeping in the front bedroom you'll need an eye mask, the lights shine in the windows. Host wasn't responsive in a timely manner.

Modern and conveniently located apartment very near Venice. Property is spacious and well equipped, garage is a big plus if you are traveling by car. We only stayed a night but we would had like to stay more as the apartment was very nice and comfortable. 100% recommended when in Venice/Mestre.

Clean, spacious and close to amenities and public transport

Closed parking space , clean , new furniture , air conditioning, close to tram ststion. Would recomend.

Property is good, it is new parking is good. T1 tram line station is close.

Communication with the owner is not good. I received check-in instructions when I was checked in. When I asked questions about public transport, she didn't answer me. When I asked for a late check-out, she ignored my message.

Good value for money apartment close to the tram stop that takes you directly to Venice. Modern, spacious and clean.
