Good location. The apartment itself was very modern and clean. Kitchen was well stocked. They also allowed me to store my bicycle safely in the small entrance hall (barely for 1 bike so not really an option for group cyclists).

It would be nice to have a note or a sheet of paper with the WiFi name and password. Now you have to go and find the router in the common area and check the small factory sticker posted on it with the details. I'll also deduct some points for the check in and out. The check in was pretty awkward for someone who doesn't speak Italian. First of all, I had a hard time finding the place with construction going on at the site and there not being any signs. When calling the number on Booking the call goes through to the elderly lady living in the apartment next door and she doesn't speak English. I guess she called her grandson who then called me, which lead to me getting instructions on how to locate the place. Once inside I had to go through a process of cleaning my bicycle panniers so no dirt is carried inside while answering questions about what I'm carrying with me. The entire process took over 30 minutes from getting to the building to getting in my room. The check out wasn't that great either since I was informed at 9:00 that I need to give up the keys and the room for the next guest. This was well before the listed check out time of 10:30 and caught me off-guard. It didn't help that it was raining outside and having to leave early meant that I was way too early at my next accommodation.

The room is very new, very clean and very comfortable.

A bit of noise outside early in the morning, but maybe it was just only that day.
