City Centre Luxury House - Garden Oasis, Kingsize beds

The house is one of a row of terraced houses which disguise a fantastic house inside. Comfortable for four people with enough lounging around space. Excellent WiFi, great shower with plenty of towels. The parking was on the street outside and could be a problem if you arrive after people are home from work but we had no difficulties and were able to park literally outside the door. Excellent communication from the hosts and lots of nice touches like tea, biscuits, fresh milk, coffee capsules for the machine, shower gel that are regularly missing from other places. The location is 5 minutes walk into town where there are plenty of restaurants on or near the main tourist street and a Sainsburys supermarket. We highly recommend the Refectory Kitchen for Breakfast.

Great location, free parking, super comfy house

Beautifully furnished, great location, very useful to have free parking right outside and lovely suntrap garden. Generally lovely!

It is a small kitchen but that's fine for a few days!

Comfortable, cosy cottage with everything we needed for a amazing relaxing break, spotlessly clean and well equipped. From the beds too the sofa and everything in-between and the bonus log burner stove , genuinely caring and helpful staff 👍

Location was perfect. Quiet but only 5 min walk to the shops and restaurants

Curtains on the ground floor windows would have been appreciated

The house is in a very quiet street, well thought out, great decor, exceptionally clean, extremely well equipped with lovely touches such as coffee pods, tea, sugar milk, salt pepper, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, hairdryer, shampoo, body wash, liquid hand soap. The bathroom has an amazing shower with bath which is accessed through one of the bedrooms, lovely soft towels provided. The lounge has a log burner, logs provided, which makes the room very cosy. There is a lovely garden with table and chairs which backs into a park. The hosts are great communicators and very helpful. Excellent location with parking about 1 minute walk from town.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is stunning, beautifully designed, and felt incredibly cozy and relaxing. The location couldn’t be any better—it was perfect for everything we needed. Rebecca and Jo were so helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and enjoyable. Every little detail was thoughtfully considered, which made the experience even more special. We can’t wait to return again in the future!

Fantastic, convenient location for a weekend stay in Canterbury. Very responsive and accommodating hosts. House was spotlessly clean with loads of additional extras: an impressive array of Nespresso pods, hair ties in the bathroom, yummy biscuits on arrival, etc. We were able to park right outside the front door and walked everywhere until it was time to leave. Great beds, fabulous shower and memorable toilet (for all the right reasons!) Can't recommend this enough, we haven't stayed anywhere that has come close to this for all round appeal. Absolutely nothing!

Everything we needed, loved the bidet loo, very good shower. Very clean and tidy, well stocked with kitchen equipment etc and nice decor throughout. The welcome note and biscuits were a nice touch. Very close to the town centre, good for shopping and visiting the cathedral.

Just one thing - although we were only one couple so not relevant to us. However, if both bedrooms are occupied, the 2nd bedroom has no ensuite bathroom (although there is an additional loo downstairs) so you would need to go through the main bedroom to get to the bath/shower.
