Location is convenient if you have to be in the area

The room (with en-suite bathroom) is part of an apartment in a residential area. There is a very unpleasant smell in the whole apartment, very humid and like there is no fresh air. The bed is very hard. It was like lying on the floor. The toilet does not always work properly, the owners need someone to check the plumbing. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but because we really didn’t like the room we left after 1 night. The owners were understanding and refunded a bit of the already paid amount.
