"Good price but you get what you pay for"

Great location. Close to everything. Nice and quiet at night. Fully equipped. Good shower. Good communication from owner.

No where to sit comfortably. Just 2 hard fold-up chairs. Balcony small with 3 tatty chairs and a small grubby table that were not very clean, plus mop & bucket. Culdn't sit out on the balcony in the morning with the sun too hot and no awning or shade, parasol in cupboard but without stand. If you tried to dry small items out there they got soaked when it rained over night. There wasn't a headboard with it being a fold up bed so couldn't even sit comfortably plus it was a memory foam mattress so you sank down if you tried to sit on it. My wife had to take one of the chairs off the balcony to use in the room. It would have been alright for a week but not for 2 weeks.

Location was brilliant.

Accessibility to groceries shop other than Spar. Could be better to meet guest upon arrival and guide them through the process of using home appliances(Washing machine/Electric hob Cooker) as its a self catering apartment, you need a manual to say the least. Also need an Iron/spare beddings. Coffee machine need an upgrade.
