Su Casa Phu Quoc Long Beach

The hotel boasts newly renovated interiors, showcasing modern design and stylish furnishings. The facilities are impeccably clean and fully equipped to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.

Our stay at the hotel was quite disappointing due to several issues: 1. The location was extremely remote, resembling an abandoned town. We had to drive for ten minutes just to buy a can of soda. 2. The water from the taps had a strong metallic taste, making it unpleasant to use. 3. Due to the unpleasant taste of the tap water, we had to fill water from the lobby every day. 4. After 8 PM, there were no staff members available to assist us, which was highly inconvenient. 5. The hotel’s transfer service was nearly double the cost of Grab. Despite booking the hotel’s transfer service, no one was there to meet us upon arrival, forcing us to arrange our own transportation to the hotel. Later, the hotel messaged us on WhatsApp, stating that we had breached the agreement and must pay the full fee. We offered to negotiate and pay half of the fee since we did not use the service, but the staff’s rude attitude made our first night very unpleasant. Eventually, after expressing our concerns, we managed to negotiate and were only charged half the fee, which was reluctantly waived by the manager in an uncomfortable atmosphere. Overall, the experience left much to be desired and made our stay quite unhappy.

Smart, clean and comfortable apartment. Very straightforward to rent a scooter (essential given the location).

The location is a bit isolated and the room had no safe / coffee maker / robes / beach towels.

Service was great, staff were friendly and kept us well informed. The property wasn’t really in a walkable distance of local shopping however it seemed like the area is ongoing a lot of construction and will likely boom with tourism and shops/hotels.

Phu Quoc was our first stop in Vietnam and Su Casa was the perfect start to our time! From the communication before we arrived, to the warm welcome and everything in between during our stay, we couldn't be more happy. The rooms are absolutely stunning and are exactly as shown online. No request was too much for the wonderful team and they also assisted by letting utilise the shuttle service wherever we needed to go within a 2-3 km radius. Can't recommend Su Casa and the lovely team more highly! Wonderful stay!

Very easy walk to the beach but far enough to be quiet at night. Staff were amazing and very attentive. Enjoyed the cold water dispenser in the reception area.
