"Had to change bedding myself flat wasn’t clean. I think the cleaner nearly poured toilet cleaner in."

"Good"

Good size with enough seating. Enough and clean linen and towels. Plenty of good crockery and pans. Has a good private garden.

I wouldnt describe it as dirty but it needs a good deep clean. Could do with a good internal update as some of it is a bit tired and grubby. Extractor fan doesnt work. The tv signal was very bad, wifi would be useful. The entrance is ugly and not very welcoming.

The apartment was perfect for a city break and nearby the palces we wanted to visit in West London. We'll certainly go back next time we are in in London.

Only TV channels needed to be tuned but the host was already on it to fix it as we left. So, at the end of the day, nothing to complain about
