The location of the villas is amazing, the beach is on the doorstep with beautiful views. Nice and easy to get to, no issues finding the place. The size of the villa is great, more than enough space for our family.

The villas are not maintained to a good standard. The only 'supermarket' onsite is rather sparse... literally only snacks, drinks and a few basics like washing powder etc. The 'restaurant' is actually only a kitchen with just a few items available to order from its vast menu. They refused payment by card and would only take cash. This wasn't mentioned before arrival so we only had enough cash with us for one family meal. There is no WiFi in the villa. The standard of cleaning is barely passable. The pool is beautiful with plenty of seating around for families. It is, however, in disrepair with lights hanging off the surround and bare wires exposed in the water. There were lots of things wrong within the villa that Mr Osama very kindly offered to have fixed for us but, in reality, it would have taken longer than our term of stay to rectify so we decided to go back home. He did offer for us to transfer to another villa but by that point we were just too tired and grumpy and just needed to be home where we could relax. All in all, it was a nice day out but I wouldn't recommend staying there with children.

. Even though we arrive 20 minutes after the check-in time, the property was still being cleaned. It seems that the cleaning was rushed. There was a little leak in the bathroom
