Jefferson Flat - Guest Room

Old, state of disrepair. Description of property is a lie. Set up like a boarding house, not a private apartment with a private bathroom. Other people staying there when I arrived. Internet did not work. When I contacted them through Expedia they stated that they would give me a full refund and I did receive a full refund without any hassle.

Location was good for Festival International about a 5+/- block walk. That's the only positive thing! The property was completely Miss-represented/advertised!! The Exterior doors on both floors lead into either the kitchen or an adjoining bedroom which are rented separately to other tenants!!! Completely Unknown to us until I nearly bumped into one of the other tenants! He didn't expect anyone else to be there either! Imagine the scuffle or worse, that could have happened, had we not kept cool heads!

The property was advertised as a "Flat" which is synonymous with an apartment. Instead it turned out to be a low quality bed and breakfast with a shared bathroom, kitchen, and balcony!! It was advertised with a kitchenette and a bath; then later a shared bath which had to be shared with other tenants possibly more than 4, in two other Connected rooms with people you haven't ever met!!! It was dirty too!! Metal steps are in a state of decay. They had multiple holes and cracks plus, an abundance of rust is prevalent. They didn't feel very sturdy or very safe. Parking is limited and is a rock dirt/muddy mixture when it rains!! I have pictures to prove the complaints mentioned! I will post on here. We left and luckily found another place to stay! Almost everything was booked due the festival!

I didn’t like anything about this place. I felt extremely unsafe where this place was. It’s located in an extremely bad environment!

No remote for TV, my room had a broken window, trash under bed, no hot water.

Nothing! They got my money and I didn't even checked in.

Everything. The place is weido. Nobody receuves you, even saying the opposite. They make it not reffundable to stay with your money, cuz nobody would stay there. Worst place I've ever seen in Booking.com. i don't know how Booking.com.can have a place like this in their catalougue.
