Staff behaviour was good and also the facilities.

Expected good quality food

The food was really good except breakfast, the noise levels in the hotel and soundproofing of the rooms were also good. The room we stayed in was huge and the jacuzzi was working. The property is big and well planned and the poolside area is beautifully designed. Overall I consider this to be the most aesthetically pleasing resort in mandarmani. Recommended.

Breakfast was average at best, many of the items in the menu were unavailable. Toiletries given were minimal. Overall management of the property can improve somewhat. The staff are well behaved but there seemed at times coordination problems which can easily be addressed.

Decent interiors

While doing the reservation I specifically made sure that the rooms I booked had 'sea view' mentioned but we were forced to take rooms with no sea view. Only a few rooms have sea view

Direct entry from the pool, the morning breakfast, comfy room, big space to roam around. The food is great with great taste.

The staff in the poolside, bar side is a bit rude and no manners to talk to the customer.
