Villa Sun Lila by JB Villas

Location was nice away from traffic noise and set up, pool was surrounded by beautiful trees. The bedrooms were spacious and very nice

Stairs to bedrooms upstairs were very high steps, 2 ladies spent 5 minutes cleaning a room, not properly done and final one when I opened a sugar sachet for my coffee big flies came out !! Disappointing

The property would benefit from renovation. Smell of bleach and sewer in bathrooms.

Beds were firm, also there are multiple villas in the complex and not very sound proof. But staff were quick to act on noisey villa next door

The main living area is open to the pool and therefore not air conditioned - I guess this is a plus and a minus.

Very responsive and helpful communication during the booking and our stay. The family enjoyed it so much. Everyone is very hospitable and tried to make our stay as good and enjoyable as possible. We have an elderly who's not mobile, all arrangements were made with ease. Kudos to the team

Property is going on some refurbishment which is a kudos but nothing major as it is for the comfort for the next guest who comes and stay..always improving!

Paul and Tia were extremely welcoming and helpful even before we arrived. The special gift left for us on Valentine's day was so thoughtful. The staff were also very happy to assist with any request that we had. The Villa itself is so comfortable and we especially liked the private pool and garden area which made you feel like you were in a tropical oasis.

The villa was clean and well-maintained. Paul and Tia were very helpful and ensured that the guests were made comfortable, guiding and providing the required details before and during our stay. Tia recommended some good restaurant options nearby. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

While the breakfast options are good, the facility was used to reheat the breakfast. It would have been great if fresh breakfast had been prepared and served at the villa.
