"Wonderful stay at Crow's Nest Resort"

The location and view was spectacular. The breakfast was great. The dinner menu options were spot on and price was reasonable. Food was great. The pool was refreshing to the skin in the hot weather.

Cleanliness of the room. The mirror in the room had stains, the bathtub was dirty and their was no mirror in the room. The only mirror available was in the bathroom

"Enjoyable relaxing family holiday,"

Quietness of the resort, pool, Restaurant has good food, and drinks. Great on site spa, with fabulous massages. Beautiful gardens, and beach access. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Easy walk to other restaurants. We had the family unit which had a kitchen, very handy for us to self cater. We also had 2 x Deluxe villas which are newer , very comfortable for couples

Family units need new single beds and mattresses and blankets for single beds.

Staff, view, the security guard.

Facilities, no tissues, breakfast was cold and no variety in the menu. Smell and taste of scramble egg can put anyone off. Poor.

"A bit expensive but Lovely place for families and complementary breakfast was good."

Friendly customer service at reception welcoming

Stayed in the same room after 10years ago and nothing much has changed probably needed some fixing like shower door. The pillows in the room may be needed more firm ones too flat
