Gym, Swimming pool facilities

The Apt is old, door frames and doors are dirty ,,,, kitchen water tap fell off! Nice to have a washing machine, but the machine got nuts during the spin and moved all over the balcony, almost ripped off the water connection! Washing machine water was also drained out all over the balcony floor...
