Great walkable location, easy owner communication.

Super lokalizacja, pokój przyjemny z balkonikiem. Bezproblemowy meldunek chociaż nie udało się uzyskać zgody zarządzających na wcześniejsze pozostawienie bagaży ani wcześniejszy meldunek - podobno ze względu na staranne sprzątanie. Kuchnia wspólna na kilka pokoi ale dobrze wyposażona, duży stół - można swobodnie zjeść posiłek nawet w kilka osób. Klimatyzacja dobrze działająca - bardzo na plus. Wygodne łóżka.

Słabo wypada łazienka zwłaszcza prysznic - brudny i z pleśnią i oczywiście przeciekający ale to chyba standard we wszystkich takich obiektach. Ekspres do kawy w kuchni też przecieka dosyć mocno i nie wiadomo dlaczego. Kołdry nie były owleczone poszewkami i nie było ich też nigdzie żeby samemu założyć - to jest trochę dziwne bo poduszki były ok.

The location is very close to the historic area, which made exploring Bari easy and enjoyable. The room itself was clean upon arrival.

Unfortunately, the stay started off stressful and never fully improved. After a 20-minute walk from the train station at night with luggage, I arrived at the property only to receive a WhatsApp message requesting additional information before I could check in. I was asked to upload my passport details and personal information through the host’s platform, which would have been much easier to complete earlier rather than outside at night with my luggage. There were technical issues with the platform — the document scanning feature wasn’t working, and the manual entry fields and dropdown menus wouldn’t load. When I reached out for help, I was told there was no issue on their end, and my call to the provided number went unanswered. After multiple attempts and refreshing, I was eventually able to manually submit my information, including passport details and contact information. I was then asked to send a selfie with my passport, which I wasn’t entirely comfortable with but did in order to proceed. Once inside, there were additional comfort issues. There was a persistent sewage smell from the shower drain, and the window covering was thin with no shutters, allowing a bright streetlight to shine into the room throughout the night. During my stay over Easter, noise from other guests — including children — in the shared kitchen area was noticeable early in the morning and late in the evening, making the experience feel more like a hostel. The bedroom door handle was loose and didn’t feel very secure. There were also multiple posted warnings, including one about a €100 charge if there were toilet issues, which created a somewhat stressful atmosphere. Additionally, while a €30 cleaning fee was included, guests were still asked to take out the trash. Overall, considering the price was similar to nearby hotels with more amenities and smoother service, the experience did not meet expectations.

Dar asta este … prima si ultima data cand stam in ceva de genul .
