Please inform AMORE RENTALS - Villa Perla in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Piscina #1 is closed from Fri 01 Nov 2024 until Tue 01 Apr 2025 A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that for late check.in after 8.00 pm an extra cost of 80.00 euros will be required to be paid upon arrival. To get to the villa from the car park there is a steep of 300 meter private driveway which is therefore not suitable for people with mobility problems. A deposit may be required at the property.
