Nos trataron muy mal todo el tiempo, se corto la luz, y nunca nadie nos dio una explicación, tampoco nos dejaron meternos en la piscina y como para frutilla del postre,el desayuno me llegó con un bicho dentro de los huevos revueltos, y solo se ofreció a sacarlo. Mala atención, te hablan en inglés solo cuando quieren, después murmullan cosas o te hacen gestos, te miran mal, jaja la verdad nunca me había pasado algo así

When we first entered the room the sheets were filthy I said I can’t stay here it’s too dirty they rang the manager and that’s when the drama started she came and was totally abusive I have never experienced this in Vietnam she left me in tears I said we will stay if they change the sheets and give me a kettle for tea they provided no fresh water no nothing the room smelt of mold nothing worked then in the morning the manager was waiting for us to checkout because she. Wanted the money in cash please people on booking .com give honest reviews because it causes heartache for other travellers the manger said well you are only paying a small amount and it’s only one night I never give reviews because I believe go direct to the source but she wouldn’t listen

Very nice place and nice staff. They are very helpful. And you get a ok breakfast. The host is very personal and talks with all the guests.

We lost some clothes when the staff washed them. The breakfast is very small and you have to pay if you want more. There is a pool, but very dirty.
