The staff were courteous.The room and bathroom were spaceous enough.

The reception place was very small.The outside ambience was very shady.There were hawks like auto drivers and cab drivers pestering as soon as you get out.The corridors to reach the room looked deserted and dirty.The bedsheets and towels had dirty stains.The "breakfast included" meant room service of coffee/tea with one single item poha/upma/sandwich.There were no sachets of coffee/tea/milk powder.There were no good vegetarian restaurants outside.

to be honest nothing was good about this stay.

Location was the worst I have been to. Room had mosquitos, room's lock was not working properly. The location on google map was incorrect just to name a few.

Nothing to like Very funny thing is when I booked the room and made the partial payment they mentioned that the room rent was Rs2438= 817+ 1621 but actually when I checked out the room it was 2,722 =818+1904

There is no privacy in the room very high disturbance.Even in we can’t sleep quietly

This reservation was done by me for my parents. The booking clearly mentioned payment to be made at the property. They consistently ( infact everyday) sent whatsapp messages and emails to pay the full or partial amount else they would cancel the reservation. Due to the delay in train arrival my parents arrived an hour or so late at the property. They cancelled the reservation from Booking.com. They also do not have information that the reservation was made by me but the Guest name was clearly defined as my fathers. There is no rickshaw or taxi easily available from the property.

The rate was significant high with extra added fee !!. There is no mention of fee earlier. The property was not well described in the app or add, and this was major set back from BOOKING.COM and Fab group sepcifically.

Ambience, Cleanliness, Area, safety, privacy.......Almost all.

What was shown before booking was totally opposite of what I got to live in after I checked in... It wasn't a good stay at the hotel

Room was too small and The Bathroom was too much congested.. The bedsheets were not changed before I checked in... The room wasn't what I expected
