La Promenade Rooms & Suites

The location is great. For just a sleepover it's fine, but I can't imagine spending more nights there.

When we've entered, the AC was set up to 60°F (15,5°C), so it was extremely cold. Why...? The room itself was shady, we really didn't feel well inside. It was cleaned somehow, but there was some spilled sticky drop of unspecified liquid, the shower was also not cleaned as much... The main doors of our room were really massive, but we still could hear everything and everybody passing by... In the city full of clubs it sucks a bit... And it was a little challenge to actually lock the door from outside. The key was stuck in the locker and unable to turn it.

Great, comfortable, clean twin room and lovely balcony - with a view of the water. A great place to base yourself, only a short walk to some of the buses that take you to the beaches near Olbia. Lovely bathroom with a large shower. Was able to leave luggage before check-in / after check-out. Keypad into building and room. Good communication via whatsapp. Would recommend staying here!

the place was very good, very close to center. Maria was very helpful and pleasant. I was very lucky to find this place.
