We remind you that our check-ins are from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm, in order to guarantee the service beyond that time we ask for a small supplement of €. 20 to 24.00. This supplement must be paid before entering the facility via Stripe/bank transfer/Satispay Beyond these times, if not agreed in advance, entry into the structure will not be guaranteed. Our check-outs are at 10:00 in the morning. The extra cost for late check-out is €10 per hour up to 1pm max. "Comfortably convenient with a helpful host."

Central location with 25 minute walk to either Porta Susa or Porta Nuova on a quiet residential street.

There is no way to switch on the light above the bed before ascending to the mezzanine makes for two journeys to go up, switch the light on and come down to switch the main lights off. Neither of the bedside lamps was plugged in - no indication of where they could be switched in - and the ceiling is very low above the whole of the mezzanine. Because it is a ground floor room the noise of the automatic gates in to the garage area/ former garden is at times very noticeable (no sleeping in!) and it is not possible for security reasons to leave the french windows open.

We liked the price, the amount of towels and the conditioning air. The garden was shared but nice.

It was supposed to be for 4 people but we think it should be for maximum 3 or 2: the couch was too small to fit 2 people and very uncomfortable. The main problem was the electricity because it shut down several times while we were cooking (the only thing connected was the electric kitchen) and we had to bother the neighbours to get the keys for turning it on again. It would be better if hosts have these keys. Finally, there were missing many kitchen utensils and bowls.
