Comfortable bed. Friendly staff

Day before checking in owner sent a huge list of rules to follow whilst staying at the property which was weird but okay. But then we got into our room and had another huge list on the bathroom door of rules eg do not dirty the towels, you will be penalised if you clog the toilet etc. Made us feel uncomfortable and definitely not relaxed constantly worrying if we did something wrong so we moved to another accommodation. Pool area was messy and does not look like the photos.
