"Great host and outstanding stay!"

Great location just south of Titusville PA on the main road. Good size parking lot. The owner does not have a license to cook and serve meals. However the variety of food options available at Josephines was ample and satisfying. The owner took plenty of time to meet with and talk to all the guests. Would stay there again when we're in the area. Innkeeper is also an avid reader. There are many books available, and you can take a book with you if you want it.

Donna, the host was fantastic. Every room was clean and neat. Great outdoor, large porch. Kitchen was the most well stocked I've ever seen with all kinds of snacks, coffee, drinks, etc. available 24/7. Help available for your luggage if needed. Located in the country with a short drive to Titusville.

Our bathroom had a pedestal sink with no room storing toothpaste and the numerous goops my wife uses. A small, 1x2 foot table along the back wall would be very useful. A soap and shampoo shelf in the shower would be helpful. A few more hooks for drying damp towels would be useful. A smaller flower pot next to the railing by the front steps would be a great help for us old people to reach the railing.

The old home is beautiful and has a very cozy feel. Huge selection of food in the kitchen for you to enjoy any time. The owner, Donna is super sweet and makes you feel like family. Next time I need to stay in the area, I'll be staying here again.

Very relaxing. Quaint historical house turned inn. Better breakfast than hotel free breakfast. Will stay again!

Bed was a little hard. Night lights were very bright, but we want to know where they were bought! Hardwood floors slick in rose room.
