Quite and comfortable. We had an area we could fish and cook out for dinner. Host was Great, both were very kind and accommodating to any needs.

We didnt love the water but we didnt mind it either. Water for drinking and cooking was provided so its not even and issue for us.

Inside was everything we needed. We like sitting at the dining table next to the window to experience the outside rain or shine. There are both shady and sunny places to sit outside, and a view of the Anclote River. We heard owls at night, and saw turtles and fish in the river, and a tortoise nearby. There was a pleated woodpecker working on a dead tree. There are lots of free things to do in Pasco County-parks inland and on the beaches. We took dance lessons and attended a dance party right across 54 from our location. We felt comfortable with the “Old Florida” setting and felt safe walking the neighborhood. Our hosts stepped up to supply any incidental needs. Restaurants and shopping are nearby.

Always spray with insect repellent when you are outside in Florida!

The inside was very clean and comfortable.

Was hoping for the pool. The outside could use some updating . If your tall the doorways are short so watch your head.

It was perfect for us. Love the fact it had a washer and dryer.. very friendly host.

Didn't like the fact the pool wasn't finished yet. And they need windows blinds for more privacy

Decorated so cute, large filtered water dispenser, tabletop ice machine, coffee station, BIG bathroom with a raised toilet (thank you!!!), the feeling of a homey stay.

I’m 5’10 1/2 so I had to watch going through doorways because some are not as high.

My husband loved the place, it was totally his vibe. We loved the fact they had it decorated for the holidays. My husband really loved the shark bathroom theme.

The outside grounds need some sprucing up. The coffee maker probably needs to be replaced as it didn't work very well.

Coziness, personal touches all over house n outside. Marcia & Ron were great, welcoming, fast when we needed anything. Was comfortable , cozy, cute and more than we could ever imagined!

Everything was awesome!
