The basement area was quite empty and would benefit from seating / pool table etc such as the villa we stayed at 2 doors down from this last year

The location of this property is perfect. Great facilities and local amenities.

The property could do with some updating I.e paint work, tightening of banisters and a long ladder in the pool - it was a challenge to get out for one of our disabled family members. At one point the water supply to the house was cut off. Tiago was quick to respond and said this can happen when building works happen close by - it would have been useful to be informed of this beforehand.

Location was excellent. Facilities were fine for us. Cooking , fridge, kettle Toaster etc was great. Rooms were fine , bathrooms all clean . Games room was great and pool table was perfect for us

The place could do with an update. The chairs in the pool area need replacing as the backs look like they have bent in past so could be dangerous . There was loads of ants and a few nests that need sorting by pool although we never found anything in the villa. Lastly there was a smell in the kitchen that worsened during the week. We cleared the kitchen daily and kept it tidy. I'm glad I reported it so it could be sorted for next group using the property

The property was large and spacious in a quiet spot overlooking the marina, had everything and more needed to make our holiday run smoothly.

No Issues.

Really easy. Message with number received prior to arrival. Communication was great, place was like the pictures. Location is perfect with restaurants on the marina near by and a 20 minute walk to old town.

Items a little dated but other than that nothing at all.
