Great location, super easy for Snape Maltings and Aldeburgh if you're at the festival. Quiet location, nice light inside and feels very private.

it definitely could have been cleaner. there were a lot of cobwebs in the corners - it seemed like the main surfaces had been cleaned but they'd not looked much further. Also the blinds were all installed pretty badly and one even fell off when I tried to close it. some attention is needed there. there's also a little bit of a damp smell, which I understand because it's an old property and I've lived in one before, but it could benefit from being aired thoroughly more often. I had all the windows open most of the time and then it was much better. some small, old stains on the bedding and towels. not enough to bother me in particular, but for some this would be a deal breaker.

Maybe a tv and wifi would be good.
