Sea view in Artemis

The breakfast consisted of melba toast with butter and jam and fruit, and it was adequate for a quick morning snack Location was perfect and the beach was sandy...not gravel like other beaches

Awesome location directly at the beach and accessible by public transportation. Good equipped apartment, cooking equipment, microwave etc. Owner was reachable over the booking.com website and made sure I had a good stay.

Rather slow WLAN. Be aware that you hear the music of a beach bar that is next to the apartment.

House By The Sea in Artemis is a beautiful appartment and provides the best location for a stay on the beach. The property has an external shaded sitting area under a large pergola and an external shower. The beach is literally accessed direct from the garden. There are very good and well priced restaurants and a general store near by. The owner arranged an excellent taxi pick up from Rafina Port, we used the same company to take us to the Athens airport. All round, House By The Sea in Artemis was the perfect property for us to finish our island hopping adventure. In addition to this the owner left a number of snacks, drinks and toiletries, which was a nice touch and very welcome.

Amazing location and no other lodgings around directly at the beach, so this is the most perfect it gets. Great hosts/communication, and sufficient resources in the apartment. Great restaurants around. Easy to swim in beach - many locals around, too.

Hot water would last a very short time, and it was hard to regulate or find the middle ground between scalding hot and lukewarm. The shower is set up on the same floor right next to the toilet, so the toilet has to get wet for you to shower, unless you use the curtain, which is hard to use in the tight bathroom space. I went in November when nights are cold, and even with max heat and covers, it still felt really cold most of the time. It is a much better location for the springs and summers. Some wifi issues but not the host's fault.

Everything about the place and surroundings. Excellent host, very well equipped modern place, 15-20 mins drive away from Athens international airport, House is located right at the beach as says on the page, no questions in that. Shops and food markets are nearby also public transport.

The small but comfortable studio an amazing location right on the beach with the beautiful sea view. The room was well equipped with everything needed, and the host provided a bottle of good vine, beer and juice, and fruits. This was very nice! We spend there half day and the night, and another half day between our flights. Overall it's a good stay for 1-2 nights for this purpose.

Unfortunately internet did not work at all during our stay, but the host said that it was a problem from the company. Just our bad luck. Also, I would suggest to get rid of a huge and useless armchair, and put a small closet in that corner.
