They should provide a complimentary drop to the Gangtok mall. They have no such provision.

My stay at Mayfair Resort & Casino in Sikkim was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the property’s stunning architecture, beautifully landscaped gardens, and serene mountain surroundings. The resort perfectly blends luxury with the natural charm of Sikkim, creating a peaceful yet indulgent escape. The spa offers amazing treatments with the same level of service. I had a Balinese massage and salt scrub, perfect remedy for jet lag. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed with elegant interiors and all modern amenities. Waking up to the crisp mountain air and scenic views was truly refreshing. The dining experience was equally impressive, with a wide variety of delicious dishes and impeccable service. Every meal felt special. What truly made the stay outstanding, however, was the warmth and professionalism of the reception team. Simon, Shreya, and Giri went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my visit was seamless. They were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their genuine hospitality made me feel valued and cared for throughout my stay, and they are a true credit to the resort.
