For the price I paid, I liked nothing.

Walking out the lift and all the way through the apartment, all I could smell was cat. Only 1 drinking glass in the apartment. The water dispencer cold water tap, is not cold. Dirty in so many places. The shower heads are so blocked and the little bit of water that comes out of the rain shower, sprays in all directions. We had to shower in the 2nd bathroom using the hand shower. TV remote in the main bedroom has 1 battery and nobody cared to check before we arrived. Main bedroom bedside (chargeble) lamp was not charged and there is no charger to use the lamp. Couch is dirty, balcony windows are filthy. Irritating and confusing booking arrangements. It's like there are 3 people talking to you at the same time via email, booking.com and WA and they are not talking to each other. Poor check in Instructions and we had to ask multiple times for various things. Parking instruction were pathetic. First time around we entered the wrong parking garage and drove around for 15min looking for our parking spot only to be told by security that we are in the wrong place. Dont arrive there with your own car because you will never get out of the place because you no longer have an access card to get out. The parking is miles from the apartment. Then there is a wheel clamped dirty old BMW on your parking spot. The glass top on the side table is cracked and not replaced. For the price you are paying there is nothing special about this place and it stinks of cat. I have travelled all over the world and never had to pay so much for such a place. Checkout instructions tell you to put the key in the post box which is on the LL (lower level/basement) and then you have no way to get your car out because you came in using the access card and you need it to get out the appartment area again. I have shared the honest opinion of my Wife and myself! My Mother and Son were not asked but they both complained about the bad smell of cats.
