"Prima verblijf op mooie locatie!"

Prima accommodatie in het centrum van Riva! Wij waren er voor een zeilevenement, prima dichtbij de haven.

Keukenspullen kunnen wel wat uitgebreider.

+ Good location : close proximity to lots of good rated restaurants! Walking distance from Ferry Terminal and Bastione. (20min walk to Pini Beach). Casa Alpino has internal restaurant as well. + Cleanliness and many windows for air ventilation + Facilities : washing machine, clothes drying rack, shower with good water heater, fridge, plenty of space in apartment, good strong hair dryer + Staff : Leonardo was very helpful and polite for questions of places around Riva Del Garda. There was a bottle of drink when entering the apartment. (All review photos are at 0.5x camera lens)

Casa Alpino could improve : - Small tight shower, no ledge for toiletries - kettle had accumulated mineral deposits from water Not related to Casa Alpino but elderly travelers might want to consider : - no lift to assist with luggage up stairs - local bell chimes hourly from 07:00 - 20:00, sound bounces relatively loud within the neighborhood

Dei Ausstattung war gut. Die Lage mitten in der Stadt fantastisch.

Auf dem Balkon wäre ein kleiner Tisch von Vorteil. Das Bad ist nicht gut beleuchtet. Schade dass die Spiegelbeleuchtung nicht geht.

"Die Lage und die freundlichen Mitarbeiter stechen hervor."

Die Lage war hervorragend!!! Das Lokal vor der Eingangstür hat eine hervorragende Küche und ab ca.22:30 Uhr ist es ruhig, so dass die Nachtruhe nicht gestört wird.

Das Sofa im Wohn-/Küchenraum war alt und unbequem, es könnte/sollte getauscht werden.

Posizione

Ascensore ok, ma ci sono cmq 3 scalini da fare( un problema per un cane anziano o una carrozzina) Nel bagno presente solo un kit da doccia ma la prenotazione era per 2 quindi abbiamo acquistato bagnoschiuma e carta igienica. Presente una pastiglia per la lavastoviglie ma la stessa non c era. Presente lavatrice ma niente detersivo. Phono non funzionante , lo stesso per quanto riguarda la luce della specchiera in bagno. Primo parcheggio gratuito distante 1 km. Cucina attrezzata ma niente olio sale e zucchero.
