Very good location and the interior design was lovely! Well furnished too with top end fixtures. The customer experience concierge folks were fantastic too in their assistance to book tours!

There was an odd smell coming from the bathroom, like it hadn’t been used in a while. But we were only there for a short stay so it was fine. TV was also not working and staff didn’t get to fix it before check out.

Difícil solucionar los imprevistos, hervidor puerta de terraza...solo contacto por guasap ,muy impersonal y poco resolutivo.

위치가 너무 좋습니다. 세비야성당과 도보 3분정도인 것 같아요. 주변에 식사나 저녁시간 술 한잔 할 수 있는 곳이 많아서 투숙하는 동안 너무 만족스러웠습니다. 체크인 전에 메시지로 숙소 비밀번호를 받을 수 있습니다. 수압은 좋았고 따뜻한 물도 잘 나왔습니다. 소음도 없어서 잘 잤고 침대도 넘 편안했습니다. 실내 온도도 조절 가능했고 따뜻했습니다. 세탁기, 커피머신 사용할 수 있어 편리했습니다. 객실은 2층이었고 작은 엘리베이터가 있어서 캐리어백을 들고 오를 일도 없었습니다!!!

숙소 고를 때 몇가지 피하고 싶은 점이 있었는데 다행히 그런 단점은 없었습니다. 다만 약간의 개선할 점을 말씀드리자면 침실내 욕실에서 하수구 냄새가 좀 나는 점과 환풍기가 없다는 점이 아쉬웠습니다. 하지만 그런 점을 고려하더라도 충분히 넘 좋은 숙소였습니다!!

The location is great for walking everywhere. It was clean and comfortable for a family of 4! Having a separate bedroom and bathroom was great for having young baby with early bed time but we still want to hang out! Close to great restaurants cafes everything nearby within walking distance. Good value for money. Felt safe the entire time

Only few things we didn’t love 1. There was no one to contact, the chat feature is with an AI bot and it didn’t really understand or help. We never got directed to a real person 2. The bathroom counter was falling down, we weren’t sure if it was safe. Told the AI chat but no real person ever contacted us about it. 3. Don’t stay here if you have lots of suitcases because there’s no place for car to stop. You’ll have to walk a long way from the Main Street. The elevator fits maybe one adult person 4. No kitchen paper towels were included and I kept forgetting to purchase from the supermarket

Everything, Perfect location. Perfect temperature inside. Perfect cleanliness. Perfect kitchen facilities.

De locatie midden in de stad.

Tot 3 maal toe geen water! Te weinig toilet papier terwijl we er wel om hebben gevraagd. We hebben veel betaald voor 4 na then tijdens de kerstdagen we mogen dan ook wel wat verwachten zoals extra vuilniszakken, toiletpapier en handdoeken.
