BEHorrible smell ik the appartment (smokers?) and just next to the exhaust of a Chinese restaurant that makes a hell of a noise and takes the entire apartment with its odor. Overall a very dirty feeling with the carpets that weren’t clean at all. We requested another appartment which they gave us but was only slightly better. Not very clean, old and worn appartment, cheap windows that let through all the noise of the street (busses and trucks early in the morning). It really is a puzzling thing to understand why anyone would run places like this.

They lost their record that I had paid which I sorted out before the trip but then they also required a complicated security process that I found difficult to manage while I was travelling before sending the building and lock box codes.
GBGBAll major sights were within a 20-minute walk, which made exploring the city very convenient. We were visiting our son and his partner, and it was lovely to be able to welcome them over for some quality time in a comfortable and private setting. The location also offered easy access to shops and charming local restaurants, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Flat is strict with check out time we asking for additional time but they are strict

There was an issue with the curtain which was not fixed. The roll curtain fell down in the middle of the night which resulted in a broken night and bad sleep. The toilet seat on the first day (second day was fixed)
USNice and clean apartment in a great location for visiting Cambridge. The price is very reasonable. Many restaurants down stairs and 10 min to center Cambridge. Just across the Parker pieces to the shuttle station to LHR.
The washing machine seems no drying function. It is not a big deal for me as I only have a short stay.

The deposit was returned very very late..( 2 weeks). Also they sent the wrong door code so I as u able to access the flat for over 1 hr. Not cool
GBThe location is very convenient. Close to the town centre. This is the only positive aspect of this flat.
The communal hallway was filthy. There was even a rubbish bag on the floor. The property is not well maintained ( nor the communal area nor the flat) and needs refurbishment. The carpet of the flat is old and wrinkly, the bathroom floor is cracked, one of the bedframes is broken, and the side tables are dirty. The wifi didn't work for a long time. Moreover, because of the chimney of the restaurant under the flat, there is a smell of food in the flat and also the noise of the extraction fan of the chimney. The stay was very disappointing, low standard, especially for the price. The pictures in booking.com were misleading.
