Objekt je na dobroj mirnoj lokaciji, blizu jezera, restorana, marketa. Ima svoj parking iza kuce i sve sto je potrebno za vikend odmor. Veoma je prostran.

Objekt se nalazi uz cestu pa tijekom noci moze smetati buka automobila ako su prozori otvoreni. Kuhinja je dobro opremljena ali bez dodataka kao sto su sol, ulje i sl pa ako mislite nesto spremiti, morate i to kupiti.
