La boite a clé connectée. La situation. Hote reactif mais pas d'adaptabilité sur l'heure d'arrivée. Logement propre.

Pas de fenetre vers l'exterieure. Terrasse de toit non entretenue, mobilier cassé, piscine pas très propre, photos non conforme. Les fenetres donnent sur une sorte de cours interne très etroite, manque de chance le locataire du rez de chaussé passait pas mal de temps à fumer des substances prohibés et à crier. Pas de la responsabilité du loueur mais à coordonner à l'échelle de la copropriété car un locataire peut gacher le séjour de tous les autres.

Ubicación limpieza todo nuevo y muy bien decorado

Muy lioso el tema de los códigos. Se podría haber evitado hacernos callejear con el coche por el centro para llegar al apartamento. Pues nos dijeron que nos darían una tarjeta para el parking que después resultó ser un código QR enviado al teléfono. No era necesario meterse con el coche por el centro como nos había indicado.

Property located down a dead end road so quiet but close to attractions. No views unfortunately. Quick responses to messages. Clean

Website and property misleading. I thought we booked a room with outdoor space. Great it has parking but difficult to get back to property by car due to Seville one way roads and construction. As a result we were 10 minutes late getting back to property to leave parking card and couldn't get in as door code stops immediately at 11. Took a while to find someone in building. Getting into communal door was challenging as had to open an app and then a couple links. Was always a 2 minute process so a better system would be great.

Location was good.

You can see into and be seen into by other apartments! There’s no curtains just some thin voils which don’t hide anything. The noise from other rooms is loud. The staff are rude and the instructions about check in and parking are vague and given at the very last minute making it feel like a scam.

"Ideal for visiting main attractions but nice quiet retreat to relax."

Great location by some excellent bars and restaurants. Easy walk to cathedral etc. The cleaner was very friendly and helpful.

The pool is very small and shallow.
