The room is comfortable and clean and the owner is very nice and friendly.

The owner is a great man. Very kind and welcoming. Good location. Rooms were overall clean and good looking. The bathtub was well cleaned, comfortably big enough for two, good view from the balcony. Stayed in two different kinds of rooms in this hotel- the one with bathtub on balcony and for the last day spent there got a budget room to just keep our stuff somewhere. Kind owner gifted the budget room for our final stay for free. Both rooms were very clean and tidy. Best stay for us during the time in Tbilisi. If we ever visited again, we would definetely go there. I love how kind and welcoming the host was.

The room doors let a bit of light and noise in, but it wasn't a very big deal for us since the hotel is very quiet during nighttime.

The room exceeded all expectations—spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming. The location is perfect, just a short distance from Tbilisi’s Old Town. The only minor issue was that the place was a bit hard to find at first due to unclear signage. But overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I’d highly recommend it!

Great location, very clean and spacious! And the owner is super nice and helpful! I would definitely go back here again and recommend this hotel.
