The location was good. Very quiet neighborhood and a fast bus ride to the center. The apartment was very spacious. Restaurants in front of the apartments and several shops nearby including a pharmacy. Lots of appliances, very well equipped including washing machine and dish washer. They also have coffee, tea and other essentials. My daughter forgot her mobile phone in the apartment and the hostess was very nice and met us at the train station to return the phone.

The mattresses are very soft and wobbly and for us that makes them uncomfortable, but it can be good to other people who like soft beds. The cleaning could be better. The sofa was in need of a deep cleaning. Also it would be nice to have an opaque curtain or some kind of way to prevent people outside to view the inside of the apartment at night. There is no way to have privacy in the living room after dark so we didn’t use it. The wi-fi didn’t work at all neither did the TV… hardly any channels and no streaming because the internet didn’t reach the rooms. The refrigerator door opens in the wrong direction.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l’établissement était spacieux, très propre et bien équipé avec des petites attentions à notre arrivée ! Les hôtes étaient vraiment très gentils et toujours disponible si besoin. Le lieu est loin des grandes villes et très calme ! Parfait pour se reposer. Barbecue entre amis et soirée apéro sur la terrasse étaient les bienvenus, un vrai plaisir ! Si un jour nous devions revenir en Toscane, nous n’hésiterions pas une seconde à réitérer l’expérience ! Merci à vous tous !

It was a comfortable and nice place to stay

Two of the downstairs rooms have mould showing through the walls. Downstairs shower had the drain blocked and the lady who met us to welcome us to the apartment had to come back to pour some solution down the drain to unblock it, which it did. Small thing. The fridge door needs to open in the opposite direction. Location was fantastic. You only had to cross the road and catch the number 20 bus into the centre of town. Eateries were close by also if you didnt want to go out.
