Taber Pašman – Mobile Homes

Mobile home by far exceeded my expectations. Currently brand new, very spacious, 2 separate bathrooms and all equipment one might need. More than enough room to park. Also, beach is like a minute away, you can dock a boat if you have one (we had 3 jet-skis). Larger supermarket is a minute away by car and 3 restaurants + small store is a couple minutes walk away. Outdoor pool was great.

Nothing to dislike.

The accommodation is located on a hillside, which is currently a construction site, but this only becomes apparent upon arrival. The road is a steep gravel path that is difficult to navigate even by car and is a physical challenge on foot. For those arriving with strollers or elderly individuals or anyone who wants to take their sports equipment down to the beach daily will face significant difficulties here and also dangerous due to the traffic and construction work to walk daily between the beach and the house. The steep, hard-to-navigate gravel hillside will not change in the future, so it would be fair for the host to point this out before booking, so that only those who are comfortable with these conditions make a reservation. The only advantage of the mobile home located on the hillside would have been the beautiful view, which was quite ruined by the sight of pallets, trucks, and construction work. Our mobile home was a new building with standard equipment suitable for 4 people. However, during the frequent power outages throughout the day, all services in these mobile homes cease to function, meaning you can't cook, there is no hot water, air conditioning, etc., and unfortunately, this occurred several times a day here. However, the highlight of our stay was when, on Saturday morning during breakfast, a Bobcat started spreading soil on the gravel ground just 2 meters from our terrace. Obviously, the difficult accessibility, and construction conditions are nowhere mentioned in the accommodation's description, as knowing this in advance would likely deter many from renting. And of course, arriving at the location with a young child makes it difficult to change plans. Had we known about these conditions beforehand, we wouldn't have rented here, and I wouldn't recommend it to others either.
