The staff is extremely nice, room is clean and spacious. Good brrakfast

We stayed at this property three times. The first time we were in a suite which had open views. The other two times we were in a normal room that looked straight into neighbouring apartments so we had to have the blinds down all the time. The décor of the place is cool - modern and stylish. The fittings and linen are high quality. The bed is very comfortable. Excellent breakfast.

More attention put into how it looks than how it works. There are no towel rails. Big thick towels but nowhere to hang them to dry. Beautifully presented supply of toiletries but in little hard plastic bottles that are frustratingly difficult to get anything out of. The housekeeping service was inconsistent. In two out of our three stays the room had only been made up for one person instead of two. One drinking glass only etc. Only three coat hangers. None arrived when I asked for more. On our first stay we waited 15 minutes to be served at reception at 4pm then were told room wasn’t ready. Lots of staff around but service lacking. They use some nauseatingly strong room freshener in the foyer.

It was a very nice and modern hotel. The room was great. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were very good. Good use of tech. The staff were really great - friendly and helpful. Keep it up

El cuarto era perfecto para mi. Me quedé solo para descansar durante un proceso de visado en Quito. La cama muy cómoda, igual las almohadas. El baño tenía una luz muy baja que me encanta. El cuarto era espacioso y había muchos cosas donde sentarse a trabajar. La actitud de los trabajadores es increíble. Atención espectacular. El desayuno es rico. El masaje con Brittany fue de otro mundo. Volvería allí mil veces con mi pareja. Aunque sea solo para descansar.

Lo único malo es que la tele es pequeña pero como fui sobretodo a descansar no me había dado cuenta hasta el final.
