Rambutan Resort – Siem Reap

Kleine überschaubare ruhige schöne Anlage, zentral gelegen, Personal sehr freundlich, habe schon öfter das Resort gebucht, komme immer wieder gerne.

Le personnel exceptionnel, le lieu, le style, le restaurant, la piscine, les services, etc.

Fijn hotel met een goede ligging, slechts 5 minuten wandelen van het centrum. Mooie tropische tuin rond het zwembad. Fijn bed.

Het hotel is ondertussen verouderd, dat is zonde want met wat kleine aanpassingen heb je een super goed 4* hotel. Denk hierbij aan slecht sluitende deuren, ramen met veel krassen en loszittende tegels. Verder zijn er veel steile trappetjes en ongelijkmatigheden in het complex dit staat nergens aangegeven. Als laatste hadden wij de ervaring dat bij aanvang van ontbijt starttijd het volledige personeel mistte en wij dus (met speciale credits aan de nachtwacht) bediend werden enkel omdat deze man wilde zorgen dat wij met ontbijt onze vlucht konden halen. Toerisme staat hier in de kinderschoen en er kan veel winst behaald worden.

Perfect location. Picturesque courtyard with bar area, saltwater pool and lots of greenery. Beautifully decorated room with lovely secluded terrace, which even had an outside bathtub 🤭 Staff super helpful and friendly, each and everyone. Not only all the cute boys at reception and bar, but especially Liny. Breakfast was not a buffet, and all the options on the menu were very much not paleo. She saw my disappointment, had never heard of it but went googling and she and the girls in the kitchen made sure I got a custom made order. That is the kind of treatment that makes you wanna give more than 10 points. I loved this place, tens tens tens across the board!!

This property was amazing the staff were so helpful and friendly, the hotel offered tours with their drivers (who were employed by the hotel) who were all so informative and helpful. The location was central with pub street in easy walking distance. Our room was perfect, right by the pool but as soon as you went into your room and closed the door, you felt like you had escaped everything. We will definitely be back. The food and drinks were sensational, breakfast was cooked to order, we only ate dinner there on our last nights but really wished we had eaten there earlier as we would have had more dinners there, it was delicious.

There want anything we didn’t like, we loved it all

Courteous staff - right from booking confirmation, through the stay and check out, each member of staff were amazing with their service. These things make a huge difference. Breakfast - sumptuous, fresh and just perfect. Location - Very conveniently located closer to all the restaurants, markets, Pub Street etc. Easily accessible via cabs/tuk tuks to and from Airport/other parts of the city Highly recommended and am definitely coming back here :)
